Fund’s monthly update

The Informed Momentum Company (IMC), formerly EAM Investors, and the fund manager for the EAM Global Small Companies Fund, announced its official rebrand in February 2025.

The move will not affect the investment approach, the services or the investment team. Ownership and control of the business remain unchanged.

Australian clients and partners can see the new branding already integrated across the SGH company website, materials, and communications, while the Australian fund updated name IMC Global Small Companies Fund will be rolled out in materials and communications from mid-March, following the release of all relevant documentation and registration with ASIC by the Responsible Entity for the Fund.
