Fiona Hilbert is the Client Service Manager within the SGH Individual Portfolios team, bringing over 35 years of experience in financial services and client relationship management. Fiona joined SGHiscock as part of the merger with DMP Asset Management in 2019, having commenced with DMP in 2008. She plays a central role in delivering high-quality service to clients, ensuring their investment objectives are supported through accurate reporting, efficient administration, and ongoing engagement. Fiona ensures all activities align with SGHiscock’s governance, regulatory, and service standards.
Fiona guides clients through all facets of onboarding, maintaining client records in line with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with platform providers. She is a key point of contact for clients and their service providers, providing support across all portfolio administration and reporting.
Previously, Fiona held various investment banking and funds management positions with UBS, BBY and Industry Funds Management.
