Nick joined SGH in January 2025 and has almost two decades of experience in the financial services and resources industries as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary.
Prior to joining SGH, Nick was a company secretary of the ASX-listed Alumina Limited and was previously employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers Melbourne in the Financial Services division.
Nick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia.
