Online Application Portal
If you are a new investor you can make an online application through the Apex portal.
Online Web Portal Access
To access our secure Online Web Portal and view your holdings online, please complete the self-registration process:
- Login
- Select ‘Register’
- Complete self-registration for online web portal access.
You will need the following details handy to complete the registration process:
- your Investor Number
- the SGH fund name you are invested in
- your contact details including your email address and mobile number
- part of the registered name
- country as per your address on file
You will need to self-register for each SGH investment you hold that has a different Account Name or number.
Once you complete the self-registration process, you will have ‘view only’ access to your SGH unit holdings. You will be able to:
- View your unit holdings
- View your transactions online
- Run customised reporting for different date ranges
- Access your investor statements – excluding transaction confirmation statements and monthly periodic statements which we will send to you by email or post, depending on how you have elected to receive correspondence from us.
DMP Funds

- the DMP fund name you are invested in
- your contact details including your email address and mobile number
- part of the registered name
- country as per your address on file
You will need to self-register for each DMP investment you hold that has a different Account Name or number.
Once you complete the self-registration process, you will have ‘view only’ access to your DMP unit holdings. You will be able to:
- View your unit holdings
- View your transactions online
- Run customised reporting for different date ranges
- Access your investor statements – excluding transaction confirmation statements and monthly periodic statements which we will send to you by email or post, depending on how you have elected to receive correspondence from us.
Adviser Online Web Portal Access
To access our new secure Online Web Portal, please call Apex Fund Services on 1300 133 451. Apex will first verify you over the phone through a number of security questions and issue you with a username and temporary password. Once you have been issued with your login details, you will have ‘view only’ access to your client’s accounts.

You will be able to:
- View your client’s unit holdings
- View your client’s transactions online
- Run customised reporting for different date ranges for your client’s accounts
- Access your client’s investor statements – excluding transaction confirmation statements and monthly periodic statements which we will send to your clients depending on how they have elected to receive correspondence from us.
