Adviser Online Web Portal Access
To access our new secure Online Web Portal, please call Apex Fund Services on 1300 133 451. Apex will first verify you over the phone through a number of security questions and issue you with a username and temporary password. Once you have been issued with your login details, you will have ‘view only’ access to your client’s accounts.

You will be able to:
- View your client’s unit holdings
- View your client’s transactions online
- Run customised reporting for different date ranges for your client’s accounts
- Access your client’s investor statements – excluding transaction confirmation statements and monthly periodic statements which we will send to your clients depending on how they have elected to receive correspondence from us.
